Eng. Tareq Skaik is a licensed certified Interior Designer with professional and progressive international (America, UK, Middle East) design experience including project design and studio/team management. Most recently his design focus has been Residential, hospitality and commercial and prior to that it was on retail and corporate design. His specialties include over 12 years of International Interior Design Experience (including Design and Studio leadership within the Residential Hospitality and Commercial Architectural Interior Design industries) “My experience within Architecture & Interior Design firms and Design-Build firms has given me a -360 degree view of the project delivery process from programming to post occupancy management. Tareq also has a proven track record of effectively managing project team resources and delivering a project on time and within budget, all while providing exceptional client service.In 2012, Tareq was the design manager of the intelligent services building project in Ethiopia. The project was 48000 SQM,modern and dynamic interior design with the remarkable signature of the building identity.Tareq was an in-charge of designing Granada Hotel which is considered as a landmark in Iraq, and the delivery of the project exceeded the expectation of the owning company. Apart from that, along with his team he has worked on a lot of residential palaces, villas, penthouse, and other units. He has been assigned to be the design manager of one of the boutique hotels in Doha, Qatar near the new airport because he has provided different and exceptional solutions for many issues and difficulties being faced in that project.
