Scope: Concept Design
Located in Dubai Downtown’s Dubai Mall on New China Avenue, KOI Restaurant is conceptualized by Algedra Interior Design to create a warm and elegant dining experience. The design uses natural materials, soft lighting, and a balanced color palette to form a comfortable yet stylish atmosphere.
The entrance features light cream walls and wooden accents with subtle backlighting that adds a gentle glow. The bar is a standout feature, showcasing a circular frame around the KOI logo, vertical wooden slats, and teal bar stools that add a vibrant touch against the marble and wood finishes.
The dining area feels open and calm, highlighted by marble floors, geometric ceiling lights, and furniture that blends light and dark tones. Copper lighting fixtures, textured wall panels, and a circular fish tank framed in wood add visual interest and unique character to the space.
Conceptualized by Algedra, KOI combines simplicity and sophistication through thoughtful design details, offering guests a relaxing and visually engaging dining atmosphere in one of Dubai’s most iconic locations.
